Teamwork, privity and experiences are the necessities for a successful CS raid. But, if you do not have a qualified leader, it was in vain for you to do anything. If a raid want to survive well, then a qualified leader is very important. Without a leader, a raid may get lost. How can a raid which has lost his way be successful? It is so difficult.
Why I think a leader is so important for a raid in CS? It is because a raid can direct a raid, keep the raid’s cooperation, and make the quarrels in a raid come to an end. As a result, it requires a leader in a raid in CS to be calm and he must have the ability to make them cooperate actively. Is there any difference to be a leader in CS and the reality? Of course, there do have some. The biggest one is that a leader in the reality must be good at expressing himself and own some charm. However, the leaders in a raid in CS all have the same charisma, and there is no a rigid requirement for these two features. Another difference is that most members of a raid join into the raid by their own volition; they will not be confined by any contract, money or something else. But, if a raid really wants to merge into one, the leader of the raid in CS has to consider about such kind of elements. The leader of a raid in CS has to make the players in the raid feel that the raid is worrying about their leave.
